Randy Davis Homes, Inc. is owned and operated by Randy Davis.  He has lived in the Tulsa area all of his  life, the past 10 years in Skiatook.  Randy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Arts Education specializing in the construction trades and a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration, both from Oklahoma State University.  Randy opened and operated Davis Custom Cabinets for two years before accepting a woodworking/drafting teaching position in 1985.  He taught classes for 9 years and was an administrator/principal for 5 years, building homes nights, weekends and summers for 14 years.  Randy retired from his Campus Director position at Bartlesville’s Tri County Vo-Tech in May of 1999 to pursue luxury home building full time.

All Randy Davis Homes contain many features that others in our industry consider extras. All are built with 2 x 6 exterior wall construction with blown in fiberglass insulation rated at R-23. We use “Low E” low emitting windows, consumer digests #1 rated American Standard heating and cooling systems, and a minimum of R-38 attic insulation to create a comfortable and economically energy efficient home. Other amenities include granite counter tops, security systems, central vacuum systems, home theaters and basements. We install FEMA approved storm safe shelters that double as closets, storage space, or pantries.  Our homes have oversized and insulated garages, and many have outdoor kitchens, pools, and are professionally landscaped.

Randy Davis Homes, Inc. is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa, the National Association of Home Builders, Skiatook Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, and the Owasso Chamber of Commerce.  They were featured on the cover of Builder/Architect Magazine as Best New Builder of the Year in December of 1999.  The Tulsa World Saturday newspaper insert “World of Homes” Real Estate Guide has featured Randy Davis Homes, Inc. as cover stories in four different issues.  They were also featured on New Home Mag and My Tulsa Home magazine.
